All of our beef comes from Price family farms in Troy, MO. These animals spend their entire life on pasture and never given any growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Our farmer David gives a rationed amount of “free choice” non GMO grain to the beef the last 90 days while out on pasture. The beef is dry aged for two weeks before we receive it. It is then broken-down using seam butchery. This technique allows us to over a much greater variety of steaks that won’t be found in a typical bulk beef bundle. Everything is vacuum packed and freezer ready. We will deliver upon request. $25 if within a 3-mile radius. Additional $1 per mile up to 20 miles.
